1. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All sales are final. However, if there's an issue with your order and a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please email us at info@deianira.shop please wait for a 24-48 hour response.
Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.


2. What if my package is lost, stolen, or delayed?

DEIANIRA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once your order has shipped. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


3. How long does shipping take?

Due to garments being made to order, orders are typically processed within 10-14 business days after initial date of purchase. Shipping time will depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or canceled. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase. Some exceptions (ONLY REGARDING CHANGE OF ADDRESS) are made please contact us via email within 48 hours from initial purchase.
